Colli Euganei Doc
Garganega is a traditional and common Veneto’s grape. This is our first “natural” wine made with a spontaneous fermentation casued by indigenous yeasts. All-round wine, ideal if paired with savory dishes.

hand-picking of grapes between the end of September and the beginning of October.
organic farming. The vines are in the hilly area of the Regional Park of the Euganean Hills, in the town of Torreglia (location Luvigliano).
clay soil, quite calcareous with a south-east exposur.
after destemming and crushing the grapes, 6 days maceration is done. Then the must ferments spontaneously due to the work of indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, for about a week.
scents of white flowers, apricot and herbs with hints of ripe fruit. Complex and enveloping.
in the mouth it is pulpy and robust, balanced by its mineral and fresh notes.
