A Cabernet that ages in stainless steel tanks. The name is the one of an immaculate place of our hills. Everyday wine, it is excellent with roasted meats and sausages.

organic farming. The vines are in the hilly area of the Regional Park of the Euganean Hills, in the town of Torreglia (location Luvigliano).
clay soil, quite calcareous with a south-east exposure
destemming and pressing of the grapes. Then the must is fermented at a controlled temperature between 28° and 30°C for 10 days. Frequent delestages and remontages are applied for the colour extraction. When the fermentation has finished, the racking follows. The maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
deep ruby red.
an intense and pleasant scent of red fruits and jam, together with some spicy and herbal hints.
it goes down clean, velvety and enveloping with a marked freshness.
