Purity is a concept that speaks of courage, which tells us not to be afraid to get naked. Purity is what we thought when we set out to design the new mono-varietal wines or produced from a single variety. Three wines that are told as they are, without filters: Tai, Garganega, Manzoni Bianco. Each expression of all there is the grape variety from which they are born, each presented in a bottle deliberately created without frills. We wanted to bring out the character of these wines, highlighting their beautiful uniqueness. We are happy of what I was born and we’re curious to know what you think. Meanwhile we present them one by one, to make a first acquaintance. Read More

It is a good rule to look at the things that surround us from an always different point of view: the same things can tell us something new every day. So with Fior d’Arancio we’ve decided to recommend an unusual aperitif . The Moscato Docg from Euganei Hills is a sweet wine to be tasted after a meal, with a pie or an ice-cream. We suggest serving it ice-cold, actually freezing, while waiting for dinner with friends. It’s sure you will like it. You can munch a few leaves of sage fried in light batter with it. Sage is in fact one of the scents of Fior d’Arancio and it will be nice to rediscover these flavors together.
In the background Black Bird by The Beatles.
less important: we are suggesting an aperitif with cold Fior d’Arancio today that it’s St. Valentine’s day. However it is dedicated to those who celebrate love (this love – www.pinterest.com/quota101/wine-for-love) every day.
